Ever cook something and it didn’t quite turn out how you thought it would?  It could be that you’re measuring differently from the person who wrote the recipe: A Canadian cup (or a metric cup) holds more than an American one. An Australian tablespoon holds more than Canadian and American ones. Sure it may only be a few millilitres, but they add up…or subtract down.  You know.
